If you choose to start a relationship with me, we will work at your pace. Whether you’re looking to buy tomorrow, or in a year, it will be my pleasure to speak to you, answer any questions you might have, and set up a plan for your next property purchase. In the process, you can expect an honest service where my priority will be to act in your best interest.
WORKING WITH ME​
In our relationship, my role will be not only to identify a suitable property—that’s the least of it—but also to negotiate the best deal, while knowledgeably guiding you, as a real estate agent, through the disclosure, financial, and legalese-infested pool of paperwork that accompanies a property purchase. We will go over all the documents together, ensuring you understand everything before signing on the dotted line. I will make you aware of any red flags, and assist you through the inspection and investigation process to ensure you’re getting what you paid for. At the end of the day this is an experience, a journey in which my compromise is to guide you through every step of the wat and help you get to your final decision feeling completely satisfied about it. It will be an honor!

We can then set an appointment to meet up in person, or just go over stuff on the phone or zoom, as you wish. At first, we will talk generally about your plans, and I will answer any questions you might already have. Ultimately, this conversation will lead to talking about money.

With the money part figured out, we'll meet up again and talk everything real estate. We'll review your needs and wants and come up with a strategy. We'll go over the process of buying a property, so you know what to expect before you buy.
